Spotting In MEL

I will he heading down to Melbourne in a few weeks and wanted to get some shots of the melbourne traffic.

What are the good spotting locations for departures and arrivals (Preferably morning to midday) and how would i get there.

I hav'nt been there for 2 yrs but not much has changed with locations but you will probably need to hire a car or if thats not possible try contacting a Melbourne spotter and see if they maybe available.
