Question About Fences In Photos.

Wed May 02, 2012 6:29 am

I am seeing more and more photos of planes with fences in the lower portion of the image. This used to get images rejected without further thought. Is it now acceptable to upload a photo with an out of focus fence in the foreground?

Fences have always been allowed, as long as they are not too obtrusive and take up less than ~1/3 of the frame.

Question About Fences In Photos.

You will start to find more and more fences in shots in Europe, New security fences have been introduced to Airports making them a couple of feet higher. This has proven to be an issue at my local MAN where one of the spots for line ups of RWY 23R has become unworkable, other locations now have the fence on the bottom where is wasn't an issue before.
