Just a heads up that there have been some changes to this site you may want to check out if you keep photos here

Having been encouraged to move my online(non Anet) portfolio to Flickr, and yet to do so, I am interested in what changes you might be referring to.

Care to elaborate?

Cheers

Well, as a Pro member I feel let down. I'm in the middle of my subscription year. And what I've paid for is now available for free. In addition, to renew as ad-free (the only real benefit of paying now) costs $49.99 instead of $25.

Quoting Bruce (Reply 3):

I thought renewal stays at $25 and the $49.99 is for new Pro accounts?

If you don't need the minimal differences that Pro has over the new free membership, you can downgrade to free and get a prorated refund. I had over a year left on my last 2 year renewal, downgraded after the changes, and got my partial refund for unused time yesterday.

Just downgraded myself. Just don't see the point of being Pro. Will never upload 1TB of images, so the free account will do.

For those of you that have downgraded to a free account, isn't that the account with the ads?

The free account apparently does have ads, but I've got an ad-blocker. Not seen an ad yet.
