A new camera will not magically improve your photos. Here comes the brutal opinion: The image you uploaded shows terrible composition and chronic under-exposure, implying that you don't understand the basics of photography. A new camera is a total waste of money for you at the moment. The standards here are incredibly high and that image is not even close to being acceptable.
Please look at the accepted photos of other photographers here, see the composition, exposure etc. It would be preferable to use ISO 100 to get max quality, try to fill the frame so that cropping can be minimal. Learn how to expose properly, with the shutter speed, aperture, if you are using semi auto , change the EV
to get best exposure if the default is underexposing. Any DSLR or even decent point and shoot cameras can take pictures that can be accepted here. For this shot you should have used your tele lens, use a faster shutter speed and trying shots on a good clear days to start with.
