Cockpit Photos Needed: Airspeed AS.57 Ambassador

Tue Aug 20, 2013 7:46 pm

Hello,

I am restoring the only surviving Airspeed AS.57 Ambassador commercial airplane in the world!! It is located in Duxford Aviation Society, Imperial War Museum, United Kingdom. We need some more photos of the cockpit as there are many loose parts which we do not know where they go.

Many thanks!

Hi

I was at Duxford last friday.Shame the Ambassador isnt open to the public yet.She looks great though.I was lucky this visit to have a chance to view the Comet 4,Monarch Britannia and the Avro York cockpits.
Cheers
Andy
