Spotting - Is This Barricade OK To Cross?

Sun Sep 08, 2013 8:52 pm

At my local airport there is a great spotting area that used to allow vehicles to park. Now they seem to have closed it off to vehicles, but my question is, can you go underneath or over the FIRST barricade to take photos?

Here is a picture of the gate: http://i.imgur.com/wvxZ9CL.jpg

Many thanks.

If they've closed it off, I don't think they'll appreciate people going across. Otherwise they wouldn't have put the new barricade up in the first place.

Just my 2¢

Cheers

On foot? Sure! I don't see a sign saying "No Tresspassing" on the first barricade. That first barricade looks like it's just for vehicles.
Slower traffic, keep right

Well I'd be going over for sure! The big fence indicates the point beyond which I'm not welcome.
