Sounds like you had a great time on the cruise ship!

I've always wanted to take a cruise, but afraid I'll be bored to death.

I used to take WN from PHX to SAN a whole lot back when I lived in Carlsbad. I had the timing down perfect en route: when we reached Mexicali, I knew I needed to order that second Heineken fast because we were coming in for a landing soon.

We went to Puerto Vallarta a couple of years ago, and I enjoyed the town, but the ocean down there was a little too murky looking for me to get in. Beware of the "banana boats" down there too!

Cabo San Lucas is nice for a day, isn't it? We also went to Huatulco and Acapulco on the "Legend of the Seas" out of San Diego in October - but we then kept on to other ports, and on through the Panama Canal and Caribbean to Miami. Cruising is a good way to see these places, and makes a nice change. Glad you enjoyed the trip!
