I just finished a ORD
vacation with TED as my airline of choice.
Keep in mind that I can fly out of MKE
. I live 45 miles north of MKE
but bypass "The Best Care in the Air" to fly UAL.
You always here about piss poor attitudes of F/A's and gate agents.
Well To the crews of my flights and especially flight 1444 on Apr 18 here is a heart felt "THANK YOU".
The crew was the most professional and courteous group I have ever had the pleasure of flying with.
The F/A's took extra time to chat with my 9 y/o son and I even had a nice chat with 2 of the attendants.
The IFE was a full length movie plus the awesome channel 9.
We left on time and arrived early.
My bags were on the carousel waiting for me in ORD
in what seemed like less than 5 minutes.
The last time I flew TED I did have a F/A that was more interested in kissing his wife than taking care of the passengers and I ripped him up and down, so I feel that I needed to share what a wonderful time I had on both flights even if I lost my A** in Vegas.
Anyway as a Travel Agent I will use this experiance and share it with future clients. I beleive that is the best advertising that UAL can get is is from the passengers directly.
Congratulations to UAL for a job well done.
Hope to fly with you again in July.
