AA 777 EZE-MIA Awesome Return Trip

Thu May 03, 2007 9:20 am

Just wanted to follow up on my posting from April 29 commenting on the horrible Cabin Crew I had on AA943 MIA-EZE last week in First Class. Last night I returned on AA908 also in First and it was flawless from start to finish. This Cabin Crew was Miami-based and were attentive, professional, and courteous from the onset of our journey. We were delayed 1.5 hours in Buenos Aires becuase of a radar installation failure but the flight crew kept us informed and the cabin crew fed us in Buenos Aires, as our departure was pushed to 12:15am. Unlike the trip down, no request was ignored . I spoke at length with the Purser and he told me that "Buenos Aires-based Crews are hit and miss - some are great. some are not so great. Mine on Saturday was in the second group. AA908 had the Flagship Suites and was spotless and comfortable. Good job AA !

Glad to hear AA redeemed themselves on your trip.
The air in the clouds is very pure and fine, bracing and delicious because it's the same the angels breathe.

I didn't even know had AA had Buenos Aires based crews.
The approximate flight time today will be 6 hours in First Class and 12 hours in Economy.
