Load: 75% C / 60% Y
I checked in online again using the 7 and 8th of my 10 Flight Pass credits. Initially I was worried that when I bought my Flight Pass that there would be problems getting seats on flights that I needed but so far success was 100% and I can't remember a flight not being available. I would consider getting the pass again for the North East once my current pass expires.
Flight left out of Terminal 1. Drove from downtown and parked at the Long Term parking with the shuttle taking me to T1.
US customs was insane, 45 minute wait. Can't wait to get my NEXUS card which allows you to bypass the line on US / Canada borders.
Because of the delay at customs, I only had time to go to the lounge and grab a banana and coffee. Sorry no time for photos. The lounge was busy per usual with the AM
flights to all the US destinations.
Got to the gate right after boarding was called and went right in.
What do you think ran into that gate / jetway? I'm going with catering vehicle.
US Airways waiting at the busted gate... more and more flight / airlines are moving to Terminal 1 as they finish all the gates.
We waited at the gate for about 1 hour waiting for LGA
to clear up because of weather in NYC. I think it ended up being longer than 1 hour. At least they turned on the IFE.

Cruise level. Flight time came in at just over one hour gate to gate...
Service was just beverage. Got a coffee and a water... cookies were also offered!
Smooth landing, relatively quiet LGA
and the late arrival made me miss traffic into lower Manhattan. Again at the mercy of LGA

The place was dead, light pax load and no other flights. I think the load must have been 30 to 40%.
The Air Canada gates at LGA
include a Doppler radar loop. I guess they feel that they take too much heat for delays and cancellations so this can let them say: "See the purple on the there... that's why you're not going anywhere".
One bad thing about the return flight the United lounge closes at 6pm on Saturdays, so no time to download emails or do anything else lounge like, such as having a coffee and grabbing some magazines. Very disappointing.
