Class: First/Buisness

Nice pre departure service, with bottled water waiting, pre departure beverage service and ample room for bags in the overheads. Unfortunatly no AVOD, but the interior seemed brand new, very comfy, in adition the plane was spotless.

During the climb annoying commercials were played over PA so It could Not be blocked put by the in flight music.

Lunch service: lunch service did not start till over north eastern airizona (Prescot to be exact). Pre meal drink was a can of sprite, which was delivered as a can (as ordered) but half full (I have neve had this happen, even though most of the time I fly in economy so that was a bit off for first/buisnness). The flight attendants seemed to come through the aisle every 5 minuets with an endless supply of wine. And confirmed orders with Mr. Web500sjc, which is a nice touch.

Lunch consisted of a chicken sandwich, chips, fruit and a brownie. Being a vegitetian I did not have the chicken sandwich: in stead having some of the bread which was very good. The fruit was very fresh and the brownie was one of the best I have ever had.

In Flight:
the plugs for the audio was for double pronged headphones, nessicitating the use of the headphones provided, which continually cut in and out, and were in general hard to here out of. Not much turbulance felt in flight, only having one instance where the fasten seatbelt sing was turned on. Flight attenddents were always avalible but not intrusive.

Pre arrival snacks: basket containing pretzels biscottis, reesses, sunchips, ectc. Followed by a bumpy descent and nice landing. Due to arriving early the ground crew was not ready to recive Us which set us back on time.

My connestion in atlanta was nice, had some Ben & Jerry's but I was disapionted by the lack of windows...

CRJ 200
Economy seat 8A

My conection to clevland, somehow I booked a exit row seat, although it wasn't one when I booked. Just a side note but these exit seats are some of the more cramped ones I had found. plane was almost full with just a few spare seats. True to form the CRJ is wxtreemly cramped, more so on the 200 modle, I honestly do not know if anyone would get out in an emergency, there is no real place to pull the emergency door into the plane... Any way, we sat on the runway for a stressful 5 minuets, aquiring a 20 plane line behind us, all waiting to take off. During drink service I had penuts and yet another sprite in a can, this time it was not half filled, but a full can! I wish that the pilot would have turned the seatbelt sing off at some piont during the flight, just as a curtesy, because there was no turbulance untill our descent. Bit that's just life.

On the way down it was very bumpy and it seemed like the captin had quite the time dodging storms. Fun though was all the anouncments pointed to the fact that DL Cnection was here or our saftey. Fun safe flight in all.
