I thought the food was fantastic. I chose the Proscuitto starter and the Steak with Gnocchi in Marsala sauce. For desert I had an Apple Cream and the Cheese Plate. All of it was very good. I thought the breakfast was very good too. I liked the cold cuts and hot breakfast combination. I think they must have improved on the eggs since your TR
. I didn't find them half bad. I pretty much stuck with a Jacquart Brut champagne. I love champagne so I was happy drinking sparkling the whole flight.
I really liked the flight attendants and the service. I found the FA
's to be very professional, but also warm and friendly. My FA
Jacqueline caught on to the fact that I love champagne so she decided to ignore the service guide and instead of pouring half way up the glass and started topping me off every time. After dinner she came by and said that they had opened up another bottle in the galley for the trip across the pond.
I thought the seat was wonderful. I never can sleep on airplanes, but I managed to find a comfortable position on the lie flat seat. The seat was wide enough so that you could sleep on your side or on your stomach. Because the seat was lie flat I was able to sleep on my stomach which would not have been possible in a recliner type seat. I tried sleeping on my back, but it did feel like you were being lowered into a coffin when you adjusted the seat into the bed position. My seat ended up breaking and getting stuck in the lounge position, but they were able to find me another open seat in the Business cabin.

The screen was a bit small for me, but it was mainly an evening flight, so it was less critical. What did you think of the screen?
I thought the screen could actually be improved a bit. It was a tad small. I also found the resolution to be a bit poor. It had the resolution of a tube type screen and not the LCD
/ Touchscreen resolution. I also found the navigation to be a big clunky especially when navigating the music and movies.
