Time for a new TR. This time the purpose of the trip was to visit relatives in Mosjøen, a town in the middle of Norway.
This route is quite special to me since it involves a leg on the Dash 8-100series. One can say that my interest in aviation started in a Dash 8 on approach into Mosjøen, back in the good old days when they flew with an open cockpit door.

Not much to say about preflight, got to the airport and checked in on one of Norwegians self check-in automates and self helped baggage drops.
Bergen airport has a shortage of seats at some of the gates, which makes it benefiting to be early at the gate.

This aircraft, like most of Norwegians aircraft's has a portrait of a noteworthy Scandinavian on its tail fin.
This particular aircraft is portraying Kristian Birkeland who was a Norwegian scientist and is best known for being the first person to clarify Aurora borealis. He can also be found on the Norwegian 200 Kroner note.
In Trondheim I had to check in again since the next flight with Widerøe, a part of the SAS Group, and competitor of Norwegian. I had about three and a half hours in Trondheim, which turned out to be a perfect opportunity for a meal. Afterwards I headed down to the commuter terminal to wait for boarding. I can tell you that if Bergen has a shortage of seat at some of the gates, then this particular terminal has a serious problem. Sorry for not having a picture. One thing is when there are several Dash 8-103, 37-seats aircraft's boarding at ones, but the serious problem occurs when the Boeing 737s are using the gates, which happens.

LVK is an NDB 7.5 NM out of Namsos, lined with the center line. The NDB at the opposite runway is NMS, when we took off NMS was plotted in to the FMS, but later changed

This almost, kind of depicts how I sense a cockpit ride. I have never managed to capture it with a camera, and I have yet to do so! I like wide angle shots. It gives you the wide range of vision that like in reality, pluss it give depth.

Mosjøen airport has seen some improvements and renovation over the last ten years although it's facing closure in a few years

Overviewing the town of Mosjøen. Didn't get the chance to climb the mountain Øyfjellet (opposite in the picture). The clouds were broken at 1300 feet(not in this picture) and the mountain is 2683 feet.
