This is "Eurocontrol", better known as "Maastricht Control". It is one of the major Air Traffic Control centers in Western Europe. It controls all parts of The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Western part of Germany above 24,500 feet, or +/- 7,5 km. (Canon EOS 300D + 18-55 USM / Photoshop 7.0)
