This picture reminds me that baby sitter robot (she only had a face, no the back part) who was finally destroyed in a "meat fair". Could be a kind of coincidence but this old baby is about to be completely destroyed and she´s only wearing a face.

I have seen this old plane in GRU on this summer but it I don´t think that´s a wrong advertisement of Brazil. Brazil have a lot of excellent airlines with brand new planes and a lot of good airports.
