Don't think this is comfotable, having to twist ones neck by more than 90° just to get a glimpse of the outside world.

This really is a very detailed view of the forward cabin, well captured. It allows the viewer to ascerain how the unusual seating arrangement works in relation to window views, closeness to other passengers and so called privacy.
