N1944M (cn 19394) End of an "ERA" this veteran DC-3 may have been one of the last two flying passengers on an Air Carrier certificate. Parked here in the desert because of the cost of installing a bulletproof cockpit door. This one reportedly flew at D-Day. It's for sale.
