Great shot! i think that number one engine was shutdown and thats why the rudder is like that. |

"off-center" is describing it pretty mildly - the nose wheel is in cross runway direction.
Look at the heavy tail rudder deployment, these pilots semm to be quite cold blooded fellas. |

It looks like as though the number 1 engine (left most one in the picture) is shut down and not spinning (compare it with other 3 engines). The pilot is using full rudder to offset the thrust difference instead of a wheel lock. |

Look at the rudder... it's going towards the same direction as the wheel. doesn't make sense to me. |
