Great overview from Madeira Airport. Above Rwy 23 where is the start of the structure build over the sea and now they are building on the left side below the end of the old Rwy 24 an harbor for the rescue vessel. Specially when an airplane is about to land on rwy 23.! Then to make it even more fun, if you continue along the freeway you pass again but this time before rwy 05 on the other side. That is a "must" if you have an airplane on shortfinal! ;-D Anybody who lives in Madeira know what I mean. | |
