ATC Tower overview of the American Eagle's ramp. Most of the fleet is on the ground at that moment. An AA 757 has comenced it's takeoff roll at 08 and Monarch 767 taxing into position. A PRANG C-130 is returning to base after encountering tech problems with #4 engine. The haze seen is volcanic ash from the volcano of the nearby island of Monserrat.
