I humbly offer this picture - taken from the window of a Shoreline Aviation Cessna Caravan floatplane (N309SA), flying close to lower Manhattan as so many small aircraft do. It's sad that we won't see the skyline looking like this again, but I look forward to seeing the new buildings (eventually) rising in the place of the old twin towers.

There will be a big and nice complex of buildings in this place. Nobody will be able to tun off the American ingenious nor its greatnes. Once again, God Bless America!

I was 2 when this photo was taken, but I do remember watching TV as the plane hit the other tower in '01. We lost many great people and a technological marvel, but we recovered, and still are. Let freedom ring!

Sad to see. If it weren't for a handful of dickheads on 9/11/01, we could still see these amazing structures. RIP to all affected by this
