A visitor from - posted Tue December 1, 2009: This isn't a control tower, it's a radar facility. Towers need windows so they can see the planes. More then likely the lights are on a higher then normal setting, for picture purposes. Also notice the lack of people. It's probably a midnight shift. I would think that ordinarily there would be more people, and a bit less light. Very cool none the less. I wish the FAA would do something so creative.
