 A visitor from Singapore posted Sat March 10, 2012:This shot of the B707 inaugural flight of a now defunct PanAm is nostalgia for me. First it reminded me of my early job as an airline Structures Engineer of nearly 6 years up until 1979 when I moved to Marketing. Ensuring that our ten B707s were structural sound and in full airworthiness condition at all times so that the airline can deliver a "service that other airlines talk about." And secondly, it is comparable to Armstrong's first step on the moon. | |
