A visitor from Australia posted Wed May 3, 2006:I was a member of 209 sqdn based at Seletar Singapore worked and flew many miles in Twin Pins. Whilest sailing on my boat in the whitsundays I heard the noise of round enngines I had to look up and yes it was a Twin Pin. We came ashore at Shut Harbour and driving past the air port noticed that T P was on the ground so of course had to check it out. We live in Mackay where once more the T P was on the ground. Do you know the history of the aircraft? | |
