Aircraft: N8948E (D93). Route: ATL-PNS. 103 Passengers & 4 Crew Members (4 injuries). When on approach, to landing, pilot delayed flare, resulting in nosewheel-first landing and bounce. Impact from 2nd touchdown caused plane to break at aft of wings.
