Remark Photographer
Believe me, it's quite rare to get such a clear view of Torbay from 37.000 feet. St John's is very important to North Atlantic traffic. Together with Gander and Goose Bay, used as ETOPS alternates, they are on 24 hours stand-by to receive an airliner in emergency over Western Atlantic.
