G-ARVA (cn 804) It was the first production VC10 and the first to go into service with BOAC. Then, in June 1969, G-ARVA was bought by Nigeria Airways and registered as 5N-ABD. This aircraft was sadly lost when it crashed north of Lagos during a bad weather approach on 20 November 1969. 87 fatalities / 87 on board.
