The bomb bay was extensively modified to carry a D-558-II nestled underneath the belly. Only example of a flyable B-29 ever being sold by the military to a civilian operator. Now registered with the Weeks Museum as N29KW. |

A visitor from United States posted Wed October 7, 2009: Yes, this B-29 was indeed the "Last Flight of Noah's Ark" aircraft. Saw it in flight at air airshow back in the early 80's. This one may be flying again soon. |
A visitor from United States posted Wed August 6, 2008: Neat photo. This particular B-29 was used in the Disney film "The Last Flight of Noah's Ark". Possibly being restored to airworthy condition at this time. |
