Nice Clean Shot, just off the runway. Check out these post at a forum. Maby they were Paranormal Investigators, investigating strange occurences. The 616 on the planes callsign is a number for the devil and also on some controversial ID issued there around the same time. http://www.city-data.com/forum/religion-philosophy/570088-natural-disasters-satan.html

Nicely exposed and the photographer captured well the pilot handling the throttles.
According to The Canadian Press, this alleged CIA Twotter visited Sault Ste Marie Ontario in early October, then traveled to the airport near Bar River Ontario. It apparently remains there where there is a company specializing in deHavilland aircraft work. Seems a lot of CIA flights are taking place in Canada lately.
