A visitor from Belgium posted Mon June 1, 2009:Look at the sleek design. Actually it doesn't surprises me that Ferrari owns this. Just another piece of Italian craftsmanship. Very nice!
A visitor from United States posted Mon January 22, 2007:I never thought a P-180 could be remotely attractive until I saw this pic. Nice colors!

A visitor from Canada posted Wed June 28, 2006:This "Avanti" is the Beechcraft Starship scourage. It is better. Its spec's are near a Learjet. Hence the emblem on the engine. 5 props? This thing moves. Unfoutunetly it is made of composite materials. Not a big seller in the USA.
A visitor from United States posted Tue May 16, 2006:Ferrari did in fact purchase Piaggio about two years ago. However they are still maintaining the Piaggio brand name as well as the "Avanti". I have heard that support from the previous Piaggio was terrible and this has helped.
A visitor from United States posted Tue May 16, 2006:I love the Piaggio -- makes to the Beech KingAir seem like a schoolbus. Yes, Peiro Ferrari is a major investor in Piaggio Aero. These things are used to transport the Scuderia Ferrari brass all about Europe when the F-1 circus comes back home to that continent.

A visitor from Netherlands posted Mon May 15, 2006:Ferrari's son is the president of Piaggio AI, and Ferrari's race team uses P180 for most travels. I was lucky flying on it.
