Hey love the front view shot!! Aweseome. I can explain the letters on the mountains for you. First of all, they are not "hills", they are most definitley mountains! I have never seen a hill that rocky and big, hah. Second, the Letters on the mountains are schools. The schools get to put a letter on the mountain. The high school letters are smaller, and the University letters are a lot bigger, the one behind this F-16 is a high school. Hope that helped!
