Remark Photographer
This runway was the first to have B-52 operations regularly, which began 50 years before this landing took place in a light piston plane. The Air Force base closed in the mid 90s and today Castle is civilian. The 12,000x300 foot runway is more than enough for the airplanes that currently make use of it!
