76954 (cn 203423808) The first production Ilyushin Il-76MF airlifter built for Jordan by Tashkent Aircraft Production Corp. (TAPC) under the contract landed by Rosoboronexport on 17 August 2005, during the visit of the MAKS 2005 air show by the Jordan King and Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Jordanian Armed Forces, His Majesty Adballah ben Al-Hussein II, has been undergoing flight tests at Ilyushin’s facility in Zhukovsky, Moscow Region (Take-off Magazine).

I have to agree with the previous commentator that it looks like a C-141 Starlifter... but I very much doubt that it is a (distinct) copy; this is a brand new bird apparently, and probably with glass cockpit and advanced avionics. The Russians are obviously a major player in this field.
Btw as this is a lengthening by 6+ meters, I was indeed looking for the tailguard (which it has); but I have to admit I don't know whether the original 'Midas' already had it, too...

Looks like a distinct copy of the Lockheed C-141 Starlifter which was taken out of service in 2006 by the US Air Force! A great bird though!

An incredibly rare moment. You can see how each pair of wheels rotates at an angle parallel to the a/c axis before stowage. A beautiful engineering solution so rarely seen on photo. 5 stars!
