A visitor from United Kingdom posted Sun April 29, 2012: This is our National Airport "Vrajdebna" - Terminal 2, Sofia, Bulgaria. It was after a great storm :) . The Airport is amazing, very clean and with aroma of fresh coffee. The staff is wonderful. I like this place so much!

A visitor from Bulgaria posted Mon April 25, 2011: The gate passage collapsed on the evening of April 10th due to strong winds in Sofia City Area. Luckily nobody was injured, but it was a close call as an Al Italia airplane had just departed minutes before. Airport officials are waiting for technicians from the manufacturer (TEAM) to examine the damage. The equipment was delivered in 2006.
