Great job for taking photograph.
Bridge collapsed during maintenance work, with no aircraft attached and no people inside other then injured worker.

How does a bridge just collapse one morning? There must have been signs leading up to this. Was it wobbling around or tilting a bit to one side? Hard to imagine just ignoring those signs when people walk underneath them! Pretty negligent actually.
