A visitor from Canada posted Sat October 15, 2011: Just wait until you see one of these 787's with 3-3-3 instead. That's scary tight spacing but not like we haven't seen a 777 with 3-4-3 seating.

To the poster of the comment on the crew controlling the e-shades; they don't. There is an electronic dimmer switch at each window for the passenger to control and you can still look outside even at full tint yet it blocks all of the bright light from coming in, it is kind of weird but pretty cool.
A visitor from - posted Sat October 15, 2011: Loved the modern look of this cabin, besides looking spacious and comfortable. Hope they don’t change this almost 2x2x2x2 configuration as it makes economy class a bit more “private”. E-shades are a plus to this beauty...

A visitor from United States posted Sat October 15, 2011: Good capture, but the interior is a bit cold and clinical. I prefer the A330 interior on e.g. AF - seems just as modern but feels warmer and more accommodating.

A visitor from - posted Sat October 15, 2011: E-shades are bad news for us A-mutters. You may lose control of the scene at the window seat. It remains interesting to see how the crew controls the shades, just hope they are not too heavy-handed.

A visitor from - posted Fri October 14, 2011: Wow. Those e-shades work well. If it wasn't for that one un-dimmed window, I'd be convinced that this was shot at night-time. On another note, the cabin looks so spacious even with 2-4-2. Almost like an IL-96!
