Remark Photographer
N67040 / 147 (cn 27232) Look at the damaged left wingtip. This occurred in January 2002 when sister-ship N67062 was being readied for a ferry flight to the March AFB Museum in Riverside, CA. One of N67062's main gear had sunk into the dirt and full power was applied to extract the aircraft. As the aircraft came out of the hole, the brakes malfunctioned and the No.4 prop sliced through the wingtip of N67040. The prop was changed and the ferry flight proceeded!
