November 3, 1973: National Airlines Flight #27 by member September11
Aircraft: N60NA (D10). Route: IAH-LAS. 116 Passengers (1 fatality), 12 Crew Members. Jet suffered engine failure in air. Shrapnel from #3 engine struck the fuselage & caused decompression of jet. One pax blown out of cabin. Jet landed in ABQ.
