F-BTSD (cn 213) For those of us without ramp access we had to make a choice as to which runway the departure would actually take place on. We chose our position for a 22R departure as it should have been the favored runway, but she departed on 31L. That left us with long shots in terribly hazy conditions. Not the best shot, but it's certainly worth it for the memories. Goodbye Air France Concorde until we meet again someday, somewhere.

I must say, it isn't good, its the best shot of this style i have seen! This gives me the feeling of goodbye and I must say, it makes me a little bit sad to see this bird never again in the air...

I think this picture really captures the fate of the Concorde. It is off in the distance, kind of fading away, with the dominant style of airliner in the foreground. While I understand the economic blunder it turned out to be after the crash, I still miss it. :(
