N378BC (cn 33474/1245) The Wedgetail is a new AEW&C (Airborne Early Warning & Control) platform, currently under development and testing. This first edition will go to the Australian Air Force, with options for three additional aircraft. In addition to the unique non rotating radome, note the strakes under the tail section, and the many antennae all around the fuselage. |
