I don't think that Delta ever flew 757's into Oakland. Could it of been a DHL 757 flying into Oakland?

The way aeroplanes are flying side by side and the background which is foggy but one can make out the mountains and population(building) is actually appealing.hence the backroungd against which the picture is clicked is appealing.
