A visitor from Costa Rica posted Sun February 20, 2011:Amazing!I´ve never seen a photo like this before, I didn´t know Gulfstreams had this kind technology on board... Beautiful, I wish I could fly one someday :P
A visitor from Saudi Arabia posted Fri April 2, 2010:This is from an ACCEPTANCE FLIGHT, not a flight from LGB to ABQ. The comment about being halfway between the two means nothing in relation to the heading. Acceptance flights on G550's are typically 4-6 hours long just flying around at high altitude to test out the equipment.
A visitor from United States posted Tue October 21, 2008:Ooooo, That's cool
A visitor from United States posted Fri February 16, 2007:Well, it took awhile for me to figure out the heading comments above, but I finally did....I had to go to GV initial school to do it, but here is the deal. The aircraft IS headed 238 degrees. The 088 is what the heading bug is set at. The arrow above that heading is the wind vector. Most of the rest is self explanatory. Great shot!
A visitor from United States posted Sun November 5, 2006:Awesome HUD shot! Heading 088 degrees; course to VOR 238 degrees. Fly high little hot rod.
A visitor from United States posted Wed July 19, 2006:Nice detail on the HUD. Question though: If you were flying from Long Beach, CA to Albuquerque, NM, and were halfway there, why is the heading southwest (237)? Traffic perhaps?
A visitor from - posted Wed June 7, 2006:Awesome view straight ahead. i like seeing what the pilots see. 5*!
A visitor from United States posted Sat June 3, 2006:Nice HUD detail...! just one thing...! I dont think that you were flying between Long Beach and Alburquerque...you heading should be Eastbound not Southwest bound...see Heading Indicator...! ;) LatinPilot
A visitor from Brazil posted Wed May 3, 2006:Very, Very Nive
