N173AM / 1P334 (cn 726-7129) Among many numbers on the nose is MASDC (now AMARC) code 1P334. Hawkins and Powers acquired the P-2 from there in July 1987 and it is now registered with D&G as N173AM, a registration linking to its BuNo 143173. The remains of '206' on the nose may be from the end of the sixties and ten years before that 143173 happened to be coded '7' with VP-21, a number now sprayed on the nose wheel door.
