Fantastic detail. Great textures and colors. Great composition: the irony of such a gorgeous classic design surviving hard times but anxiously looking forward to the makeover.
Did someone noticed the cannabis drawing on the nose KKKK!
I think it would be a lot better if the pilot had a cigar in his mouth!! 5*
Great aircraft but looks like hell! Too cool.
Must be a Single-Engine only pilot...can't turn on the other one til his flight instructor signs off on his checkride. Funny stuff. Hope the aircraft is in a bit better shape by now.
Such a different look than when we flew in Triple Two Juliet Sierra ( as John ( Silvio ) Adamo the owner/pilot called it )! I believe it was over 35 yrs ago that John flew us to Puerto Rico, Bahamas and St. Thomas with him. Loved flying in this plane esp. being able to see so much of the landscape unlike the big airliners where you see nothing.
I love it | |
Niceeeeeeeee..... guess a Lego n megablocks plane!!
Lol that's the right style to fly
U gotta luv this picture and story! Definitely 5 stars and to me the best A2A shot on A.net!
Nice.. | |
The best A2A pic ever | |
Interesting situation
This plane is awesome...I'd like to know more about the feathered prop....
"its a girl" nice | |
The plane itself is simply incredible: -one engine out -rusty -the message "caution EXPENSIVE propeller" -overall paint scheme (or the lack of it) This plane simply rules :))
Christ I'd check that spar cap AD if I were you :)
Awesome A2A shot and colourful aircraft aswell.
This picture it self could tell us a lot of stories, but I would like to read the real story hehehe. it seems like a fraternity airplane!
Apperently he also only restored the right hand engine ;-) Cool shot :D
The only thing that looks nice on that bird is the leather seating.
Hah, such a story... why is the port prop feathered?
The most original paint-job ever seen!! By the way the left engine was shut-down for the photo or there's something wrong with it??
Okay, I'll bite. So tell the whole story, already! Great pic, by the way.
Excellent ! Up close & personnal.
