Wouldn't the old colors saved money with lighter weight and not as much money to have the old silver. This still looks amazing though!

I like the bare-metal livery better. Is Aeromexico trying to look now like LAN CHILE?

I like the bare metal livery better. But this could grow on me. It looks very clean. Sort of reminds me of the new US Air livery for some reason.

I don't like this new scheme, Aeromexico's birds on natural "metal" is a reference point on the skyline to Mexico city.

The old colours were perfect! Why change into a plain white livery!

It's not shiny enough! I do like the light blue line near the tail though.

WHY? WHY? WHY? They should keep the bare metal, don't you think?

Photo is very nice, but getting rid of a lovely bare metal fuselage, I smell composite planes on their way.

I certainly hope they dont paint their 777's like this, given that they look amazing with the shiny livery...

The photo is good, but what an ugly livery! the bare metal looked great....sure, this is all because of the 787, but for that they could use metalic paint like Virgin Atlantic uses.....

Good pic but I hate their new colors yuck!

Compared to the old livery, this one looks realy boring and ugly.

It's OK I guess. Not stunning like the current scheme though.

Nice photo, but shame on Aero Mexico for trading in their awesome colors and polished aluminum for this bland LAN application!

Aeromexico's design team should be ashamed for trying to copy UPS or LAN Airline's look!!!

Nice colors. However, from a financial point of view the bare metal livery made more sense.

Noooooooooooooooo... bring back the bare metal!

Yes, we all agree that its a pitty that the bare metal will be gone...but there is a reason why this happened:
Aeromexico has bought 787's and since they are not made of Aluminum they can't have the bare metal finish, hence they have to paint the whole fleet.
Another reason is that the bare metal is more expensive to maintain than the new paint applied on the new c/s. This paint will last at least 10 years before it needs a new paint job.
Yes, as a mexican and an AeroMexico lover, I agree that they could have made up a nicer c/s...not so alike LAN's current one at least.
Oh well, its not THAT bad after all ;)
greetings to all.

I hope that this case will end like LTU : the public didn't like the new c/s and they bring back the old one!
