CCCP-680125 (cn 19530501001) 'Chaos and creation in the backyard': the 1st prototype of Ruslan (maiden flight 24/12/1982) is still waiting for the restoration as a probable exhibit of State Aviation Museum. Now this is the only named machine with the slavonic sign 'Ruslan'. It's also maybe interesting to see clearly visible initial livery which was painted over soon (yet before roll-out) by traditional Aeroflot colours and which was never seen by public earlier.

What a beauty in such sad condition! The whole Soviet country was working and spending countless resources to build this giant. It should be definitely preserved in the museum as a memory and tribute to the blood, sweat and tears of the people who made AN-124 such a great airplane still operating today.
