How important is LDG INHIBIT in magenta? Beautiful pic

I think that the memo "LDG INHIBIT" means that low priority warnings will be inhibited below 1500 feet. So the pilot is not distracted during that crucial phase of flight. Why the need for the memo then?...then the pilot knows he can't expect those warnings and should probably look for them after landing. "Circuit breaker tripped on rear panel"....that sort of thing.
