Tu-114 Cleat passenger plane. The first Soviet two-deck airbus on 224 passengers. In total 32 planes have been constructed. Passenger transportations have begun on April, 24th, 1961 on airline Moscow-Khabarovsk. On airlines were maintained till 1970. In October, 1976 plane Tu-114 has made last passenger flight from Khabarovsk to Moscow.

One can still see the B-29 elevator trim and throttles on both sides of the cockpit.

The hole under the dashboard seems to be the one where the poor sucker of navigator/bombaimer had to crawl trough to get to his station.

Always find the russian cockpits very interesting, very different style to anything remotely western. Although as a pilot im still unsure i would want to fly in one given there dubiuos history.

I believe the throttle cluster is on the left hand side beside the captain by the looks, cant see anywhere else it would be..
