Nice photo, very nice aircraft, but the Concorde was technically far superior, although this is a very sleek and graceful aircraft.

Not to downplay it, but it really wasn't a masterpiece of Soviet engineering. It is impressive-looking, but its service record speaks for itself. A number of planes made in the USSR were much more deserving of the title.

She does look better than the Concorde, but she wasn't better, the Concorde didn't need a parachute or those fancy ears and the Concorde lasted a lot longer.

Tu-144 is my favorite plane. I`ve never seen this photo before and color photos of that time and this plane are quite rare.

She looks nicer than the Concorde, specially without the canard "ears" and with the retracted nose canopy.

One of the most beautiful planes ever built. I think it looks even more graceful than a Concorde.
