This plane was used in World War II by USA - Air Force. There were many, many of these aircraft in Poland after the war but very few survive now. Easy to observing is this fact that this plane is ex military plane. Because of the large cockpit 'glass', real civil ones had much smaller. Piper L-4H (this is the military designation). This aircraft was in Poland first as SP-ALD, then SP-BAL and it has been at Krakow Museum in storage for many years. Now it is rebuild.
